CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY • All deposits ($25) are non-refundable, no exceptions. • Deposits can only be applied toward your service if you arrive as scheduled. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a forfeited deposit. • No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours will also be charged 40% of the scheduled service fee. • Please book only when you are sure you can attend your appointment.
